If the woman chooses to share the responsibility of her decision with you, then you won't need a "legal right." If she doesn't, then you shouldn't have a legal right. That's the bottom line.

Spare me your dreams, like you're Dr. King. You want to take equality away from the woman, so you can have it instead. You're so obvious.
