  1. What I don't understand is, if a perfect number is the sum of it's divisors, why isn't 1 a perfect number? 1 is divisible only by 1. That would also happen to be odd. Is 1 just definitionally not a perfect number, like 1 isn't prime, even though it's devisible only by 1 and itself (1)?
