12:46 Yes, the flag was orange white and blue, often called the 'prinsenvlag', or the Prince's flag, named after prince William of Orange. Red was adopted already in the late 16th century as the 'statenvlag', or the state's flag. Both were common at the time, there wasn't really a truly official flag back then. The red has always been more sybolic for the state and was a more republican symbol (in the literal sense, as in for the abolition or at least reduction of power of the crown, it has nothing to do with US politics), while the orange was more 'royal' and sympathising with the crown. However in the 30s the orange variant became very popular amongst Nazi sympathisers, and the red variant (as we know it today) got codified into law, as proposed by the queen in fact, in order to clearly distance the royal family from these Nazi sympathisers. Nowadays the orange white and blue has a heavy nationalistic connotation, a bit like the confederate flag has in the US.
