  1. Honestly it's super weird to me that companies are pushing people back into the office. In the Netherlands, practically all office jobs are at least hybrid and often it's demanded that you work from home at least 2 days a week. There's literally not enough office spaces in most companies for everyone to work from the office. Office space is expensive, and most companies sold off a bunch of buildings to safe costs. But then again, most sectors in the Netherlands have an employee shortage, and unemployment is practically non existent, so bad practices like forcing people to come to the office will just mean even bigger staff shortages.
