@Lobsterwithinternet you should be able to be sued for that, but it should just be practically immediately be dismissed by the courts. You should be able to sue anyone for anything, it's up to the courts to decide whether it is legit. But the US has this completely broken system where sueing someone actually means something even if you have no case, since there're basically no pro deo lawyers (lawyers that are paid for by the government).
