  1. Well put. I bought property in 3005. Had awful credit, hand my gf & i big split up I’d be sitting on a £100k + equity. I don’t cry over it though. People who lost their entire retirement when on the bring of retired, they are ones suffering worst id day. Too late in life to get dack to work.

  2. Everytime there is money involved, especially in big numbers, there will always be fraud. World of finance seems to be where it happens most. I’m 51 & seen & been in many recessions. They happen around every ten years. Also having a background in sales & property, I’ve seen people go big & bust. Always in these ‘regulated’ markets. Hold tight, it’s part of life.
