  2. Noticed so ,anyone the streets have concrete or metal bollards lining the streets & avenues. Left me wondering....... where are all the cars? When I was younger, Paris was always known for its horrendously bad traffic!

  8. First one I’ve seen. Bit depressing at all, he’s simple shoring what’s happening in realtime to the high street in uk. I live in Hove, nr’ Brighton & same happening here. Church road, the main drag in Hove has Co-op, big Tesco & now a triple shop to be Sainsbury’s. Independent traders don’t stand a chance v’s these three shops. I try to shop local where I can, but the locals are just disappearing.

  12. Manhatten has equivalent of 50 Empire state buildings currently sat empty. Apple, Amazon & blue chip companies have huge cash & it's said they are awaiting the commercial property slump.

  13. Good content, new Subscriber 👍🏼Internet also has had a huge impact on the high streets. As have all these Tesco, Sainsbury’s supermarkets & the smaller express stores. These is a Sainsbury’s opening near me, between Co-op & a big Tesco!!! Three in one 1/4 of mile road in Hove, Sussex.

  14. Yes it may sound cheap, however, it's in a dump of a town. Hope chap makes money & or succeeds in what he ends up doing & any investment in Blackpool is a good start. It certainly needs a bump start. Got the seafront then within 2-3 blocks back it's semi derelict, run down old hotels, houses & such.
