  1. Yes it may sound cheap, however, it's in a dump of a town. Hope chap makes money & or succeeds in what he ends up doing & any investment in Blackpool is a good start. It certainly needs a bump start. Got the seafront then within 2-3 blocks back it's semi derelict, run down old hotels, houses & such.
