  1. Sure I see a documentary from Vice while back, where the police had raided a home and ended up taking a Dodge Hell Cat or some super fast car. After showing the car and a large sum of money, they said something like "yeah, this is the captains new toy" Blatant about it all. 'Forfeiture they call it. More like FRAUDFITUP.
