  1. I knew a wealth Chinese girl here in England. In the summer she would never go out into the sunshine. The reason was poor & lower class people have tans where they have been doing manual labour or working in the paddy fields. So she would aim to be as pale as possible,to show she's not poor or a pheasant. I've wondered what the long nails were for. See it on middle eastern men also.
