@zxpalpha8664 All mutilation is abhorrent, not that many years ago the Chinese were doing this on Tibetans and the entire world MSM denounced such vile practises. Lots of mutilations and other heinous practises are in many different religious texts and these are mostly covered by modern laws nows. Just because something is in any text, doesn't mean it should be practised in a modern world. We've evolved our understanding on the harm it causes. I'm sure most parents are sensible enough to understand what their child can comprehend and as long and their basic principle is to be good with no harm to others, i think the parents not the teachers should guide their children.
