  1. Put them in their own category. They should only be classed after they've gone through the entire transition with surgery.

  2.  Graham Cook  If you're over 18 and officially an adult with stable hormones and no body dysmorphia, underlying trauma etc. Then it should be up to each person alone to decide on what they do with their body. No state, person or health group should rule over your own personal rights.
