  1. I hope they give a huge pay rise to the binmen who refused to empty my recycling bin because some of the plastic was "too thin". They really deserve what's coming to them. 🙄

  2. The council recently changed their recycling demands. It resulted in over 20% of bins not being emptied and made the national news. It could happen anywhere.
