  1. Don't bother with a gastric band... they are ineffective and taste disgusting. Pass me a chocolate biscuit, I think we could all do with some chocolatey, digestive goodness, ATM. P. S. I think there should be some honest, yet practical prioritising between health care, mental health, and the economy. No one wants to take the bull by the horns, but someone has to.
