  1. If you live outside of London, modern adverts appear to be made for foreign lands. They certainly do not reflect my life, or the people around me.

  2.  @mallard4495  Sometimes I watch adverts from the 80's and 90's. The families are mum, dad and a couple of kids. Usually white. Not always. A bit like the UK still is, today. I don't know what version of reality modern advertisers are trying to show us, or how they think it will actually sell products.

  4.  @marktaurus206  I've been to London a few times over the years. The locals seemed miserable then, and the multicultural locals seem miserable, now.
