  2.  @thethrawnscotsman5260  All activity that is associated with drug use, such as theft, for example, are already illegal. At no point am I saying drugs are a good thing. I'm just saying criminalising users is pointless. Certainly jailing addicts is not the best way of rehabilitation and does not deter them.
