  1. This is a fascinating conversation. I have struggled with my weight all my life, and have heard all the "Just east less calories than you burn", comments. Overweight people are well aware of the issue and what works. It's a two-fold issue... Taking it off and keeping it off. One is easier than the other, and neither is easy. I currently take the appetite suppressor "Saxenda", which works, but it's been a long old slog.

  5.  @karenpeatey6226  honestly, the stuff works. It's technically available on the NHS, but you're better off just getting an on-line prescription.

  7.  @minimalhabits  I agree, but like my original comment suggests, that is very difficult to do. Some people are genetically predisposed to weight gain, and some are mentally predisposed to it. I believe this video mentions this.
