  1. Absolutely insane. No the USA instigated this war for their own goals. Went Russia wanted to negotiate Ukraine wanted war. Putin wanted to stop Russian Ukrainian people been murdered in the Ukraine genocide actions. But the west never said a word about this. The quicker the USA is weakened beyond belief the better for world peace.
