  3.  @ivantim781  it's reliable enough; we're just seeing the one time that it happens like this and it's caught on camera. I'm sure it was just a bad fin or something like that.

  4. The missile doesn't know where it is, but it knows where it isn't, and it isn't on the launcher, but it would very much like to be on the launcher.

  5. Obviously it wasn't a GRAD rocket; those are never launched in ones and twos. My money is on the BUK. Also, I suspect that something on the missile's fins were just fucked. So, yeah, mishandling. It could just be a coincidence that it turned back on the thing that launched it.
