  5.  @crouchingwombathiddendropb6886  I gotta agree here. I've literally never met another half-filipino American who could speak Tagalog. Our mothers don't teach it to us and none of us know why. Filipinos are also weirdly conservative despite being victims of racism in America. There is no culture in the world that has been more successfully colonized the the Filipinos. It's really sad. I wish I had more connection to my mom's culture but other than food, she didn't share it with us and this story is the rule, not the exception.

  9.  Ai Bi  Enemies can trade with eachother. Embargos are a political statement, not a military operation. A blockade would be different, but an embargo against a nation as big as china isn't gonna put them in the ground. Not even close.
