  14. Running is a bad idea because if you're within 15m, you're probably going to need immediate medical attention. If within 5, you're dead. Well, again, this is only for defensive grenades (more shrapnel, less overpressure). You want to expose the smallest target to the grenade so you lose the least amount of blood. If it's an offensive grenade, then yeah, run, bc it's casualty radius is smaller by design and there won't be much shrapnel. Offensive grenades are designed to be thrown and then charged at.
