Thanks for the informative video ! Interesting to see how those anti-homeless measures are appearing in japan as well (armrests on park benches, acoustic measures etc),they cause a lot of controversy in other countries. Did you see any other examples ? Such as spikes on flat surfaces to stop people sleeping there, water that sprays intermittently, and so on.
