  1. Battery cars will ultimately prove to be a transitional stage between internal combustion and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Once the price of hydrogen per unit of energy drops below that of petroleum, the world will switch, and there's nothing Pewtin or the Saud crime familly can do to stop it. HFC vehicles can deliver more power at less weight than battery cars, and they refill in minutes, just as fast as gasoline or diesel cars. The drastically lower number of moving parts in an HFC car will also mean significanly lower manufacturing and maintenance costs. Of course, HFC ground cars will have a limited appeal as the cost of autonomous VTOL vehicles drops to levels that ordinary consumers can afford.
