  1. San Francisco has been completely wrecked by decades of democrat corruption. They're incredibly hostile to construction, they'll tie you up for years in red tape before you can build any new rental housing, they do absolutely fuck-all about junkies shitting on the sidewalks or looting stores. Any retail business in SF now is just recklessly endangering their employees.
