  2. China has to overthrow the CCP and hold free and fair elections before anyone will risk doing business with them again. Once that happens though, China can be as rich per capita as Singapore in one generation or less.

  3.  @ang1852  It still happens, the difference in Singapore is that it gets prosecuted when discovered. That's why they have far less of it than their neighbors.
