I would say that the reason it's so quick and easy to set up a corporation in the United States is that it's a state government function, and Delaware led the way so that other states had to compete on convenience and efficiency if they wanted any of those fees. The combination of a vindictive woman and state apparatus that benefits from pretending to believe her is something I will avoid at all costs.
