  1. The resolution is inadequate, because the apparatchiki who stole his money suffered NO personal consquences at all. That additional sum was taxpayer's money. The TSA and DEA agents should have been fired, paid restitution of 150% of what they stole, and served ten years in prison for conspiracy to deprive the victim of his civil rights.

  2. This "civil forfeiture" scam is not merely illegal, it's plainly forbidden by the 5th amendment. We overthrew our king for less than this, and it's a disgrace that Americans ever tolerated it.
