  1. It's not a civil issue, it's criminal impersonation, fraud, conversion, theft, and embezzlement. Fuck the sheriff for shirking his obvious duty.

  2.  @KevinTheCardigan  First of all, police aren't prosectors. Secondly, there are laws against fraud, and the other crimes I listed. The failure of the prosecutor to do their duty doesn't make this crime legal.
