  1. I'm an ex-Apple engineer, and I've signed NDAs for each project I worked on, together with an overall NDA promising to preserve Apple's trade secrets. They're also quite routine here in the Silicon valley for any prospective employee so that the employer can talk about work in progress that's not public information yet.
