  1. Slightly related to this, the idiots at Wells Fargo got an e-mail addrss wrong, and started sending me some other dude's mortgage statements. I called them up to tell them about it, and they refused to talk to me since I wasn't the account holder. I looked the guy up and told. him about it and he eventually got them to stop sending me his private financial information after a couple of months. I'm astounded at their incompetence in handling a routine mistake, and I'll never do business with them.
