  1. Plaintiff should go right ahead and sell whatever they want to sell. They're not a party to whatever promises the property owner may have made to McDonald's. McDonald's can go after the property owner for breach of contract, but Plaintiff owes no duty to McDonald's or the property owner to refrain from selling chicken.
