  2. "Civil asset forfeiture" is plainly forbidden by the 5th amendment, and it only exists because the courts are derelict in their duty to protect our human rights. If the perps ignore the constitution, why would they obey a mere state-level statute that tells them not to do it?

Don't forget that this is the organization that tried to blackmail Martin Luther King into committing suicide back when Hover was still prancing around in his pinafores. It's obscene that the people of a supposedly free country pay for these scumbags to prey on us.

  4. This ruling is inadequate, because the perps suffer NO CONSEQUENCES AT ALL. The judge should have thrown everyone involved in jail for contempt of court, and referred criminal charges to the AG for violating the victims' rights under color of authority.
