  1. I saw a tracked chair in Popular Science or Popular Mechanics something like 20 years ago, and never saw it again. This is a considerable improvement, but I think the ultimate solution to stairs for paraplegics will be an exoskeleton system, with software like Boston Dynamics has been working on for the last decade or so.
