Pelosi's from California, where the white Democrats are notorious for their hatred of hispanics that goes all the way back to the persecution of the Californios by incoming Americans during the gold rush. In this state, they came up with the "bilingual education" excuse to segregate Chicanos from whites in the public schools. They've stuck kids who never spoke Spanish at all in those classes if they were brown or had Spanish family names. Pelosi is a standard left-wing California racist. She's as evil as Hillary Clinton.
