  1. Civil forfeiture is absolutely unconstitutional, but so is most of what the federal government does every day. This can not be ended by suing, it can only be ended by making it an issue in EVERY election. When you go to a candidate's public forum, DEMAND that they commit to ending it. Then, DEMAND that they make good on that promise. -jcr
