  1. Incompetent or complicit, the bottom line is that the SS can't be trusted to carry out their duty. Congress needs to defund and disband them, and assign personal protection to the US Marshalls' service within the USA and the US Marine Corps overseas. No current supervisory employees of the SS should ever be eligble for government employment in the future.
