  2. I hope that this trial is followed up with a class action suit against Harvard for fraud. Any Asian applicant who paid Harvard an application fee and was passed over for being Asian is a victim of fraud. Bottom line is, Harvard has always been a racist institution, and the only difference between today and a century ago is that they shifted from excluding Jews to excluding Asians.
