  2. Not "allegations". It's a fact. You can tell not only from the accounts of Uighurs who have escaped, it's obvious from the CCP's own idiotic and incompetent efforts to squelch any infromation about it.

To move up in a feudal system, it's not necessary to be as smart as the dictator itself, you can get up to the level where you can order these kind of brain-dead propaganda stunts while still being an absolute moron if you've got the right family connections.
