Russia must be placed under total isolation: no international trade, all Russian assets abroad frozen, all Russian government officials arrested and interred, all Russian citizens deported back to Russia unless they denounce Pewtin and communism. These measures must stay in place until Pewtin is ether dead or delivered to an international tribunal for trial, just like Milosevic. If the Russian regime does the smart thing and kills Pewtin, we can consider dropping the sanctions after free and fair elections under international supervision.
