  1. I'm much more enthusiastic about nuclear electric propulsion than nuclear thermal propulsion. Vastly easier to implement since you don't need extreme temperatures, and you can still get constant thrust for the full duration of a transit. The thrust is low, but exponential acceleration makes a vast difference.
