  1. I'm thinking about the range figures, and two reasons why Sarah's numbers are so much lower than the maker's figures. 1. Sarah is quicker than your average driver; enjoys acceleration. 2. Sarah drives in Arizona: electric drive trains (pure EV or hybrid) show their best in cities, where the constant acceleration and deceleration gives lots of regeneration. A hybrid makes no sense for driving long distances at constant speed, but it's great in town. An EV won't get it's best mileage on the open road.
