  1. Thank you very much. As a young person, brought up Christian, I got what I now know to be a completely mistaken view of the Pharisees. I wonder (with no knowledge) whether the Gospels emphasise disagreements between Jesus and Pharisees because there was a consciousness of how much they had in common?
