  1. A payment system built in to Flathub seems like a good idea. One of the hindrances to Linux-on-the-desktop is availability of industry standard commercial apps. A single distribution form (like Flatpak) is one thing that might encourage porting; a centralised payment system is another. Of course, Office (or 365 or whatever they call it this month) won't be ported to Linux, but Adobe apps? Hopefully, not impossible.
