I'm not an American, so I may not understand the law, but it looks like, by the argument advanced by Mr Trump, that President Biden could declare Mr Trump to be a dangerous agent of a foreign power (a prima facie case could be made) and have him interned and subjected to the enhanced interrogation methods approved of by Mr Trump. Probably just shutting him up by himself without access to any form of media would be enough. For sure, President Biden would then be subject to impeachment--rightly so--but it would be too late for Mr Trump. This would also be consistent with the claims made that President Biden is running a Fascist dictatorship.
