  1. In my town I pay around 4 Euro per kg for potato and 6 Euro for chicken. The time when potatoes were cheap is over.

  2. Same stories I heard from my father born in 1912. After ww1 it was even worse. But in the 18th century it was the opposite. That time towns stored grain for their citizens and on bad years people on countryside starved even more.

  4. ​@marcpritchard3307 the moonshine vodka can be dangerous, but thas mainly a problem on countryside in Russia. What you get in cities is usually OK. About tast you will hear 1000 different opinions.
