  1. That is not sure. Macron lost in the last election and is now weak, but Germany has election in January or February and the new chancelor Merz is much more against Putin than Scholz. In opposite to the USA the polls in Germany are aalways very accurate.

  2. If Trump will lift the sanctions Europe has no chance. Western Europeans are too much afraid of Russian nukes and will just surrender. Maybe not Poland and Finnland but if Russian troops move through Hungria and Austria there will be no resistance
