  1. I disagree that a free market is the most important factor for Russians economy recovery. The destroyed trust is much more difficult to repair. The USSR always fullfilled its gas contracts with Europe. But when Putin stopped gas delivery, trust in Russia was destroyed and even China do not want to build power of siberia.
