General Wesley Clarke did explain it after he saw a MEMO in the pentagon right after 9/11 which said, the U.S will attack 7 Muslim countries in 5 years starting with Iraq 🇮🇶, Lebanon 🇱🇧, Libya 🇱🇾, Sudan 🇸🇩, Somalia 🇸🇴, Syria 🇸🇾, and finishing it off with Iran 🇮🇷. More countries have been added because most Muslim societies have rich resources and are uncontrollable.
