  2.  @Sasataf  I doubt it since Black Rock is BUYING up any apartments or homes as part of their portfolio agenda. They want to turn everyone into rentals not homeowners. The government needs to start increasing zoning laws and build MORE affordable homes with great rates as if you had Medicare for all insurance.
