  2.  @thejoatmoo  It’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL to handcuff and arrest someone just because they fit a description. Nowhere does the law says that. They were suppose to talk to the person to determine if they are the right person. Stop making excuses

I bet, if the suspect was a white women who stole a car and a 11 year old white girl coming from school who happen to wear similar clothing was put on a handcuff and arrested without reading her Miranda Rights or have a Guardian present, they would be singing a different tune.
